| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi proses reservasi kunjungan Museum Kehutanan yang masih manual sehingga mengakibatkan ketidakteraturan jadwal dan kesulitan pengelolaan data pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun platform reservasi dan penjadwalan digital dari awal menggunakan metode Prototyping dengan dukungan framework Laravel, AJAX, dan MySQL. Pengujian fungsional dengan metode Black Box Testing, sementara pengujian pengalaman pengguna dengan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil Black Box Testing menunjukkan persentase keberhasilan 100%. Evaluasi usability menghasilkan skor rata-rata SUS 84,5 dengan kategori Acceptable. Pengujian performa menghasilkan rata-rata waktu pengiriman formulir pengunjung 0,34 detik dan eksekusi keputusan admin 6,95 detik, membuktikan sistem mampu memproses setiap transaksi data dari sisi teknis sehingga mendukung kelancaran alur konfirmasi reservasi secara keseluruhan. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa sistem yang dibangun telah memenuhi kebutuhan operasional museum serta mudah digunakan oleh pengguna. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This research is motivated by the manual reservation process for Forestry Museum visits, resulting in irregular schedules and difficulties in managing visitor data. This research aims to build a digital reservation and scheduling platform from scratch using the Prototyping method supported by the Laravel, AJAX, and MySQL frameworks. Functional testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method, while user experience testing was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The Black Box Testing results showed a 100% success rate. The usability evaluation resulted in an average SUS score of 84.5, categorized as Acceptable. Performance testing resulted in an average visitor form submission time of 0.34 seconds and an admin decision execution time of 6.95 seconds, proving the system's ability to process each data transaction technically, thus supporting the smooth flow of overall reservation confirmation. These results confirm that the system has met the museum's operational needs and is user friendly. | |
