      Abstract
      Program BroSis (Buddy System) di PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) merupakan mekanisme pendampingan Account Officer (AO) baru yang pelaksanaannya masih manual sehingga pencatatan, pemantauan, dan pelaporan belum terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendigitalisasi proses pencatatan kegiatan Program BroSis melalui pengembangan aplikasi BROLY berbasis web dengan menerapkan metode Prototyping melalui dua iterasi, serta mengukur penerimaan dan usabilitas menggunakan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil Black Box Testing terhadap 59 skenario mencapai kesesuaian 100%. UAT dari 15 responden memperoleh nilai 91,9% kategori Sangat Baik. SUS dari 18 responden menghasilkan skor 89,58 kategori Grade A, Adjective Rating Excellent, dan dinyatakan Acceptable. Aplikasi BROLY terbukti efektif mendukung digitalisasi Program BroSis di PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM).
       
      The BroSis (Buddy System) program at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) is a mentoring mechanism for new Account Officers (AO) still conducted manually, resulting in unintegrated recording, monitoring, and reporting. This study aims to digitalize the activity recording process of the BroSis Program through the development of a web-based BROLY application using the Prototyping method through two iterations, and to measure acceptance and usability using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Usability Scale (SUS). Black Box Testing across 59 scenarios reached 100% conformance. UAT from 15 respondents yielded 91.9% in the Very Good category. SUS from 18 respondents produced a score of 89.58, Grade A, Adjective Rating Excellent, declared Acceptable. The BROLY application has been proven effective in supporting the digitalization of the BroSis program at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM).
