dc.description.abstractKeluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) pada operator line fabrikasi PT ABC dipicu oleh fasilitas kerja fixed yang belum menyesuaikan dimensi tubuh operator, sehingga menimbulkan postur janggal seperti membungkuk dan bertumpu pada satu kaki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keluhan muskuloskeletal, mengevaluasi risiko postur kerja, serta memberikan usulan perbaikan fasilitas kerja yang ergonomis. Metode yang digunakan meliputi kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM), Ovako Working Posture Analysis System (OWAS), dan pengukuran antropometri operator. Hasil analisis NBM menunjukkan keluhan paling dominan terdapat pada bahu kanan dan lengan atas kanan dengan persentase masing-masing sebesar 4,35%. Hasil penilaian OWAS pada empat aktivitas utama menunjukkan seluruh aktivitas berada pada kategori tindakan 2, sehingga diperlukan perbaikan di masa mendatang seperti meja dan kursi kerja ergonomis. Usulan perbaikan berupa meja kerja adjustable yang dirancang berdasarkan persentil antropometri dengan tinggi 105 sampai 114 cm, kedalaman 59 cm, dan panjang 184 cm.
dc.description.abstractMusculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints among the fabrication line operators at PT ABC are triggered by fixed work facilities that do not match the operators' body dimensions, resulting in awkward postures such as bending and leaning on one leg. This study aims to analyze musculoskeletal complaints, evaluate work posture risks, and provide suggestions for ergonomic workplace improvements. The methods used include the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire, the Ovako Working Posture Analysis System (OWAS), and anthropometric measurements of the operators. The NBM analysis results show that the most dominant complaints are in the right shoulder and right upper arm, with percentages of 4.35% each. The OWAS assessment of the four main activities indicates that all activities fall into action category 2, necessitating future improvements such as ergonomic work tables and chairs. The proposed improvement is an adjustable work desk designed based on anthropometric percentiles with a height of 105 to 114 cm, a depth of 59 cm, and a length of 184 cm.
