Faktor Predisposisi dan Perawatan Penyakit Dermatofitosis pada Anjing di Gustavet Klinik Hewan Periode 2024–2025

Abstract

Dermatofitosis merupakan penyakit infeksi jamur superfisial yang menyerang jaringan berkeratin seperti kulit, rambut, dan kuku pada anjing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui faktor predisposisi dan perawatan penyakit dermatofitosis pada anjing di Gustavet. Penelitian dilaksanakan sejak 4 Agustus hingga 1 Oktober 2025 menggunakan data rekam medis anjing dengan diagnosa penyakit kulit selama satu tahun sejak Agustus 2024 hingga Agustus 2025 dengan jumlah 116 kasus yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan diagnosa penyakit kulit, ras, jenis kelamin, usia, dan cuaca yang didapat menggunakan web MSN cuaca. Data tersebut dilakukan uji chi-square untuk mengetahui faktor yang signifikan terhadap kejadian dermatofitosis. Hasil statistik menunjukkan bahwa hubungan cuaca dengan kejadian penyakit dermatofitosis pada anjing memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (p < 0,05). Faktor ras, umur, dan jenis kelamin tidak memiliki hubungan secara signifikan terhadap kejadian dermatofitosis (p > 0,05). Keseluruhan pasien dermatofitosis pada anjing menjalani perawatan dengan obat antijamur sistemik yaitu itraconazole, ketoconazole dan obat terapi topikal dengan ecoenzym spray buatan Gustavet.

Dermatophytosis is a superficial fungal infection that affects keratinized tissues such as the skin, hair, and nails in dogs. This study aimed to analyze and identify the predisposing factors and treatment of dermatophytosis in dogs at Gustavet Veterinary Clinic. The research was conducted from August 4 to October 1, 2025, using medical record data of dogs diagnosed with skin diseases over a one-year period from August 2024 to August 2025, comprising a total of 116 cases. The cases were categorized based on skin disease diagnosis, breed, sex, age, and weather conditions obtained from the MSN Weather website. The data were analyzed using the chi-square test to determine factors significantly associated with the occurrence of dermatophytosis. Statistical results showed that weather had a significant association with the incidence of dermatophytosis in dogs. Meanwhile, breed, age, and sex did not show a significant relationship with the occurrence of dermatophytosis (p > 0.05). All dogs diagnosed with dermatophytosis received treatment with a systemic antifungal drug, itraconazole, ketoconazole along with topical therapy using ecoenzyme spray produced by Gustavet.
