dc.description.abstractIndustri semen menyumbang sekitar 7–8% emisi gas rumah kaca global. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun dokumen Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) produksi semen SprintPro di PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk Narogong Plant untuk mengidentifikasi dampak lingkungan dan hotspot proses produksi. Pendekatan cradle-to-gate diterapkan dengan unit fungsional 1 ton semen menggunakan data inventori primer tahun 2024 yang dianalisis melalui OpenLCA 2.5 dan database Ecoinvent V3.5 sesuai SNI ISO 14040:2016, SNI ISO 14044:2017, dan PERMEN LH Nomor 7 Tahun 2025. Nilai DQR sebesar 1,14 menunjukkan kualitas data yang tinggi. Hasil LCIA menunjukkan Global Warming Potential sebesar 1.447,86 kg CO2 eq, hujan asam 0,814 kg SO2 eq, dan eutrofikasi 0,130 kg PO4³? eq per ton semen. Unit clinker production menjadi hotspot utama, sehingga direkomendasikan penerapan Waste Heat Recovery Power Generation (WHRPG) untuk mengurangi konsumsi energi dan dampak lingkungan.
dc.description.abstractThe cement industry accounts for approximately 7–8% of global greenhouse gas emissions. This study aims to develop a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) document for SprintPro cement production at PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk Narogong Plant to identify environmental impacts and production hotspots. A cradle-to-gate approach was applied using 1 ton of cement as the functional unit. Primary inventory data from 2024 were analyzed using OpenLCA 2.5 and the Ecoinvent v3.5 database in accordance with SNI ISO 14040:2016, SNI ISO 14044:2017, and the Indonesian Minister of Environment Regulation (PERMEN LH) No. 7 of 2025. The data quality assessment yielded a DQR of 1.14, indicating high-quality data. The LCIA results showed a Global Warming Potential of 1,447.86 kg CO2-eq, an acidification potential of 0.814 kg SO2-eq, and a eutrophication potential of 0.130 kg PO4³?-eq per ton of cement. The clinker production unit was identified as the main hotspot; therefore, the implementation of Waste Heat Recovery Power Generation (WHRPG) is recommended to reduce energy consumption and environmental impacts.
