Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penerapan Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) pada budidaya kopi arabika, mengukur produktivitas kopi, serta menganalisis hubungan antara penerapan GAP dan produktivitas kopi di Desa Lakmaras. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) terhadap 36 petani kopi. Tingkat penerapan GAP diukur menggunakan instrumen yang diadaptasi dari sebagian indikator Characterization of Agroecological
Transition (CAET) pada Tool for Agroecology Performance Evaluation (TAPE) Step 1 FAO dan disesuaikan dengan indikator praktik budidaya kopi berdasarkan prinsip GAP. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan hubungan antara penerapan GAP dengan produktivitas diuji menggunakan korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerapan GAP berada pada kategori sedang dengan rata-rata sebesar 36%. Komponen panen dan pascapanen memiliki tingkat penerapan tertinggi, sedangkan pemupukan merupakan komponen dengan tingkat penerapan terendah. Rata-rata produktivitas kopi mencapai 745 kg/ha, sedikit lebih
tinggi dibandingkan rata-rata Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, tetapi masih berada di bawah rata-rata nasional. Hasil uji Rank Spearman menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara penerapan GAP dan produktivitas kopi (r = 0,638; p < 0,001). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan penerapan GAP berpotensi

This study aimed to analyze the level of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)
implementation in Arabica coffee cultivation, measure coffee productivity, and
examine the relationship between GAP implementation and coffee productivity in
Lakmaras Village. The study employed a survey method, with data collected
through interviews, field observations, documentation, and Focus Group
Discussions (FGD) involving 36 Arabica coffee farmers. The level of GAP
implementation was assessed using an instrument adapted from selected indicators
of the Characterization of Agroecological Transition (CAET) within Step 1 of the
Tool for Agroecology Performance Evaluation (TAPE) developed by the Food and
Agriculture Organization (FAO), and adjusted to GAP based coffee cultivation
indicators. Data were analyzed descriptively, while the relationship between GAP
implementation and coffee productivity was examined using Spearman's Rank
Correlation. The results indicated that the overall level of GAP implementation was
categorized as moderate, with an average implementation rate of 36%. Harvesting
and post-harvest practices exhibited the highest level of implementation, whereas
fertilization was the least implemented component. The average coffee productivity
reached 745 kg/ha, which was slightly higher than the provincial average of East
Nusa Tenggara but remained below the national average. Spearman's Rank
Correlation analysis revealed a positive and significant relationship between GAP
implementation and coffee productivity (r = 0.638; p < 0.001). These findings
suggest that improving the implementation of GAP has the potential to enhance
Arabica coffee productivity in Lakmaras Village.
