      Abstract

Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD) is a common lower urinary tract disorder in cats and may develop into an emergency condition. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of FLUTD and describe the distribution of cases based on sex, body weight, breed, and primary clinical signs in cats presented to Zoom Vet Clinic. A descriptive observational study with a retrospective approach was conducted using medical records of feline patients from October to November 2025. The prevalence of FLUTD was 1.29% (35/2,704). Most cases occurred in male cats (91.43%), cats weighing 4–5 kg (62.86%), and Persian cats (34.29%). Hematuria (37.14%) and stranguria (34.29%) were the most common primary clinical signs. The conclusion of this study is to provide an initial epidemiological overview of the incidence of FLUTD in cat patients at Zoom Vet Clinic.
