      Abstract
      Tingginya timbulan sampah fillpack yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan perawatan cooling tower salah satu industri geotermal Kabupaten Bandung menimbulkan dampak terhadap lingkungan dan perusahaan apabila tidak dikelola secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sistem pengelolaan sampah fillpack menggunakan sistem dinamis dan analisis Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) pihak pengolah fillpack. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa skenario optimis merupakan alternatif terbaik dengan pengangkutan sampah sebanyak 22 kali menuju PT Biru Langit Utama dengan hasil analisis SWOT PT Biru Langit Utama menunjukkan bahwa strategi prioritas yang perlu diterapkan adalah meningkatkan pemanfaatan limbah plastik melalui perluasan kerja sama yang didukung oleh optimalisasi teknologi pengolahan, pengalaman perusahaan dalam mengolah berbagai jenis limbah plastik, serta penerapan konsep ekonomi sirkular.
       
      The substantial generation of fill pack waste from cooling tower maintenance in a geothermal power facility in Bandung Regency presents significant environmental and operational challenges if inadequately managed. This study evaluates the fill pack waste management system through system dynamics modeling and a SWOT analysis of the recycling enterprise. The findings identify the optimistic scenario, involving 22 waste shipments to PT Biru Langit Utama, as the most feasible strategy. SWOT analysis further indicates that strategic competitiveness relies on expanding collaborative networks to maximize plastic waste valorization, underpinned by advanced processing technologies, extensive expertise in plastic waste recovery, and the adoption of circular economy principles.
