Hubungan Komunikasi Internal Panitia Career Development and Assessment dengan Keberhasilan Acara IPB Job Fair November 2025

Abstract

Persaingan dunia kerja yang semakin kompetitif menuntut perguruan tinggi untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswa agar mampu bersaing secara profesional, termasuk IPB University yang menyelenggarakan IPB Job Fair melalui Career Development and Assessment. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis komunikasi internal panitia CDA, menganalisis keberhasilan acara dan hubungan komunikasi internal dengan keberhasilan IPB Job Fair November 2025. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional menggunakan metode survei pada 26 sampel panitia penyelenggara IPB Job Fair November 2025 dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data dengan uji statistik deskriptif dan inferensial (korelasi rank Spearman). Penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi internal panitia CDA didominasi oleh komunikasi lisan, keberhasilan acara dapat terjadi karena tercapainya tujuan serta komunikasi internal memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan keberhasilan IPB Job Fair November 2025. Sehingga semakin baik komunikasi internal yang terjadi, maka semakin tinggi tingkat keberhasilan acara IPB Job Fair.

The increasingly competitive job market requires universities to prepare students to be able to compete professionally, including IPB University, which organizes the IPB Job Fair through Career Development and Assessment. This study aims to analyze the internal communication of the CDA committee, assess the success of the event, and examine the relationship between internal communication and the success of the IPB Job Fair in November 2025. The research uses a descriptive correlational quantitative approach with a survey method on 26 committee members organizing the IPB Job Fair November 2025 through questionnaires. Data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics (Spearman rank correlation). The study shows that internal communication in the CDA committee is dominated by verbal communication, the event's success can occur due to achieving its goals, and internal communication has a positive and significant relationship with the success of the IPB Job Fair November 2025. So the better the internal communication, the higher the success rate of the IPB Job Fair.
