Penerapan Total Productive Maintenance Dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Mesin Filler FL-03 di PT Pertamina Lubricants PUJ
Abstract
Mesin filler FL-03 merupakan mesin dengan downtime tertinggi di lini Filling Lithos 3 PT Pertamina Lubricants Production Unit Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur efektivitas mesin menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), mengidentifikasi kerugian dominan melalui analisis six big losses, menelusuri akar masalah dengan fault tree analysis (FTA), merancang strategi perawatan berbasis reliability maintenance, serta mengevaluasi hasil implementasi perbaikan. Hasil perhitungan OEE periode 2025 menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 60,04%, jauh di bawah standar JIPM sebesar 85%. Kerugian terbesar berasal dari reduce speed sebesar 39,33%, yang disebabkan oleh holder kendor, guide rail longgar, dan infeed screw yang tidak sinkron. Rekomendasi perbaikan meliputi penyusunan one point lesson basic condition holder, one point lesson tata cara pengencangan holder, one point lesson tata cara setting infeed screw, serta checksheet inspeksi berbasis reliability maintenance. Setelah implementasi, nilai OEE meningkat menjadi rata-rata 71,61% dan reduce speed turun menjadi rata-rata 27,93% pada periode Januari–Maret 2026. The FL-03 filler machine recorded the highest downtime among machines in the Filling Lithos 3 line at PT Pertamina Lubricants Production Unit Jakarta. This study aimed to measure machine effectiveness using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), identify dominant losses through six big losses analysis, trace root causes using fault tree analysis (FTA), develop a maintenance strategy based on reliability maintenance, and evaluate the results of improvement implementation. OEE calculation for the 2025 period yielded an average of 60,04%, well below the JIPM standard of 85%. The largest loss was reduce speed at 39,33%, caused by loose holders, misaligned guide rails, and an unsynchronized infeed screw. Improvement recommendations include one point lessons on holder basic conditions, holder tightening procedures, infeed screw setting procedures, and reliability maintenance-based inspection checksheets. After implementation, OEE increased to an average of 71,61% and reduce speed decreased to an average of 27,93% during the January–March 2026 period.
