      Abstract
      Ikan rasbora emerald Danio erythromicron merupakan spesies endemik Danau Inle, Myanmar, yang sensitif terhadap perubahan kualitas pakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh durasi perendaman pakan alami cacing sutra Tubifex sp. dalam ekstrak daun sirih terhadap peningkatan Survival Rate (SR) induk ikan rasbora emerald. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan lima perlakuan dan tiga ulangan, yaitu tanpa perendaman (P0), perendaman selama 15 menit (P1), 30 menit (P2), 60 menit (P3), dan 120 menit (P4). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan P3 menghasilkan kepadatan bakteri terendah, yaitu sebesar 5,85 ± 0,02 Log CFU mL?¹, serta sintasan tertinggi sebesar 90,00 ± 10,00%. Identifikasi mikrobiologi menunjukkan dominansi bakteri patogen Acinetobacter spp. Parameter kualitas air pada seluruh perlakuan perendaman berada dalam kisaran optimal, sedangkan pada perlakuan kontrol ditemukan akumulasi amonia (NH3) dan nitrit (NO2?) yang berada di atas baku mutu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perlakuan P3 efektif diterapkan sebagai metode desinfeksi alami untuk meningkatkan sintasan induk ikan rasbora emerald.
       
      Emerald rasbora Danio erythromicron is an endemic species of Inle Lake, Myanmar, that is sensitive to changes in feed quality. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of soaking duration of the natural feed, Tubifex sp., in betel leaf extract on the Survival Rate (SR) of broodstock emerald rasbora. The study employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of five treatments and three replicates: no soaking (P0), soaking for 15 min (P1), 30 min (P2), 60 min (P3), and 120 min (P4). The results showed that treatment P3 produced the lowest bacterial density, reaching 5,85 ± 0,02 log CFU mL?¹, and the highest survival rate of 90,00 ± 10,00%. Microbiological identification revealed the predominance of pathogenic Acinetobacter spp. Water quality parameters in all soaking treatments remained within the optimal range, whereas the control treatment exhibited ammonia (NH3) and nitrite (NO2?) concentrations exceeding the water quality standards. Based on the findings, treatment P3 was effective as a natural disinfection method to improve the survival rate of emerald rasbora broodstock.
