dc.description.abstractKetersediaan air bersih yang semakin terbatas mendorong perlunya pemanfaatan kembali air hasil olahan Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) sebagai sumber air baku alternatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik dan kondisi eksisting air efluen WWTP, merancang sistem daur ulang air berdasarkan teknologi penurunan konduktivitas yang paling efektif, serta menyusun Bill of Quantity (BOQ) dan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB). Penelitian dilakukan melalui analisis kualitas air, evaluasi alternatif teknologi menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), perhitungan desain, dan analisis ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh parameter kualitas air telah memenuhi baku mutu, namun nilai Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) dan konduktivitas masih tinggi sehingga belum memenuhi standar perusahaan sebagai air baku. Hasil analisis SAW menunjukkan bahwa dual media filter merupakan teknologi pre-treatment terbaik dan reverse osmosis menjadi teknologi utama penurunan konduktivitas. Sistem yang dirancang memerlukan biaya investasi sebesar Rp210.100.000 dan biaya operasional sebesar Rp23.300.000 per bulan. Kapasitas produksi air sebesar 1,728 m³/jam atau 1.244,16 m³/bulan menghasilkan tarif air sebesar Rp23.301/m³.
dc.description.abstractThe increasing limitation of clean water resources encourages the reuse of treated effluent from Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) as an alternative raw water source. This study aimed to analyze the characteristics and existing condition of WWTP effluent, design a water recycling system based on the most effective conductivity reduction technology, and prepare the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and cost estimate budget. The study was conducted through water quality analysis, technology evaluation using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, process design calculations, and economic analysis. The results indicated that all water quality parameters complied with the applicable standards; however, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and conductivity remained high and did not meet the company's raw water requirements. The SAW analysis identified dual media filtration as the most suitable pre-treatment technology and reverse osmosis as the main conductivity reduction technology. The proposed system requires an investment cost of IDR 210,100,000 and an operational cost of IDR 23,300,000 per month. With a production capacity of 1.728 m³/h or 1,244.16 m³/month, the estimated water tariff is IDR Rp23,301/m³
