| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi bentuk komunikasi publik yang digunakan Diskominfo Kota Bogor serta menganalisis strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan dalam mendukung campaign penertiban angkutan kota. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Diskominfo Kota Bogor berperan sebagai komunikator pemerintah dalam menyampaikan informasi kebijakan kepada masyarakat. Bentuk komunikasi publik yang digunakan meliputi Instagram sebagai media utama, website resmi pemerintah daerah, dan media massa sebagai media pendukung. Strategi komunikasi dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis situasi, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Penyampaian informasi dilakukan melalui konten infografis dan video reels yang dikemas secara singkat dan mudah dipahami. Respons masyarakat menunjukkan adanya dukungan, pertanyaan, kritik, dan masukan terhadap program yang dijalankan. Komunikasi publik yang terencana dan berkelanjutan membantu meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap campaign penertiban angkutan kota di Kota Bogor. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to identify the forms of public communication used by the Bogor City Communication and Information Office (Diskominfo Kota Bogor) and to analyze the communication strategies implemented in supporting the urban public transportation regulation campaign. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that Diskominfo Kota Bogor acts as a government communicator in delivering policy information to the public. Public communication was carried out through Instagram as the primary medium, supported by the official government website and mass media. Communication strategies consisted of situation analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Information was delivered through infographics, videos, and reels presented in a concise and understandable format. Public responses included support, questions, criticism, and suggestions regarding the program. Planned and continuous public communication helped improve public understanding of the campaign. | |
