      Abstract
      Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah menghadirkan inovasi dalam industri kreatif, khususnya pada proses produksi dan penyuntingan video digital melalui berbagai fitur otomatis yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja. Inovasi tersebut menjadi semakin relevan dalam mendukung kampanye digital program inklusi yang merupakan salah satu upaya sosialisasi oleh Ditjen Dikti kepada masyarakat. Penyampaian informasi mengenai program inklusi memerlukan media komunikasi yang menarik, informatif, komunikatif, dan mudah dipahami oleh berbagai kalangan. Instagram menjadi platform yang strategis karena memiliki karakter visual yang kuat serta mampu menjangkau audiens secara luas melalui konten video berformat Reels. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pascaproduksi editing video kampanye digital program inklusi menggunakan model Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) sekaligus mengimplementasikan teknologi AI sebagai inovasi dalam workflow editing untuk meningkatkan efektivitas produksi konten Instagram Reels pada akun @ditjen_dikti. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menerapkan enam tahapan MDLC, yaitu concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, dan distribution. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung selama proses produksi, dokumentasi proyek, serta hasil implementasi teknik editing berbasis AI pada konten yang dikembangkan. Hasil proyek menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model MDLC mampu menghasilkan alur kerja produksi multimedia yang sistematis dan terstruktur. Pada tahap assembly, teknologi AI diimplementasikan melalui pemanfaatan fitur otomatis seperti stabilisasi video, pembuatan subtitle otomatis, text template, smart transition, dan efek visual berbasis AI yang membantu mempercepat proses penyuntingan tanpa mengurangi kualitas visual maupun efektivitas penyampaian pesan. Integrasi teknologi AI juga mendukung konsistensi hasil editing serta meningkatkan efisiensi proses pascaproduksi. Luaran proyek berupa tiga video mini series kampanye digital program inklusi dalam format Instagram Reels yang dipublikasikan melalui akun @ditjen_dikti kolaborasi dengan @ipbofficial sebagai media sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Selain menghasilkan produk multimedia, proyek ini menawarkan inovasi berupa integrasi teknologi AI ke dalam alur kerja editing berbasis MDLC yang dapat diterapkan sebagai model produksi konten digital pada instansi pemerintah serta Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI). Secara keseluruhan, penerapan MDLC yang dipadukan dengan teknologi AI terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas proses produksi sekaligus menghasilkan konten kampanye digital yang lebih menarik, informatif, dan komunikatif.       The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology had brought innovation to the creative industry, particularly in the production and editing of digital video through various automated features that were able to improve work efficiency. This innovation had become increasingly relevant in supporting the digital campaign of the inclusion program, which was one of the dissemination efforts conducted by the Directorate General of Higher Education (Ditjen Dikti) to the public. The delivery of information regarding the inclusion program required communication media that were engaging, informative, communicative, and easy to understand by various audiences. Instagram had served as a strategic platform due to its strong visual characteristics and its ability to reach a wide audience through short-form video content in the form of Reels. This project aimed to analyze the post-production video editing process of the digital inclusion campaign using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) model, while also implementing AI technology as an innovation in the editing workflow to improve the effectiveness of Instagram Reels content production for the @ditjen_dikti account. The method used was a descriptive qualitative approach by applying the six stages of MDLC, namely concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. Data were obtained through direct observation during the production process, project documentation, and the results of AI-based editing implementation on the developed content. The results of the project showed that the application of the MDLC model had produced a systematic and structured multimedia production workflow. In the assembly stage, AI technology was implemented through the use of automated features such as video stabilization, automatic subtitle generation, text templates, smart transitions, and AI-based visual effects that helped accelerate the editing process without reducing visual quality or message effectiveness. The integration of AI technology also supported consistency in editing results and improved post-production efficiency. The project output consisted of three miniseries videos for the digital inclusion campaign in Instagram Reels format, which were published on the @ditjen_dikti account in collaboration with @ipbofficial as a medium for public dissemination. In addition to producing multimedia outputs, this project offered an innovation in the form of integrating AI technology into an MDLC-based editing workflow that could be applied as a digital content production model for government institutions, as well as Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) documentation.Overall, the implementation of MDLC combined with AI technology had been proven to improve production efficiency while generating more engaging, informative, and communicative digital campaign content.
