dc.description.abstractPT XYZ mengelola 135 rekening bank aktif dengan batas waktu rekonsiliasi tujuh hari saat closing. Namun, pemantauan status masih dilakukan secara manual melalui filtering spreadsheet sehingga visibilitas terbatas dan rekapitulasi menjadi berulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan dashboard Monitoring rekonsiliasi bank berbasis Google Spreadsheet menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall. Sistem dikembangkan dengan arsitektur multi-sheet yang mengintegrasikan formula otomatis dan otomatisasi Google Apps Script. Hasil penelitian berupa antarmuka visual terintegrasi yang menyajikan kartu indikator kinerja utama, klasifikasi status rekening, dan daftar akun yang memerlukan tindak lanjut. Pengujian fungsionalitas melalui Black Box Testing pada 14 skenario menunjukkan status “Sesuai”. Implementasi sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas pemantauan lewat penyajian data secara real-time serta identifikasi awal rekening bermasalah. Selain memberikan visualisasi status menyeluruh yang sebelumnya tidak tersedia pada sistem manual, dashboard ini berhasil memangkas waktu rekapitulasi progres secara signifikan dari rata-rata 1,13 menit per sesi pengecekan menjadi instan.
dc.description.abstractPT XYZ manages 135 active bank accounts with a seven-day reconciliation deadline during the monthly closing period. However, progress Monitoring remains manual through spreadsheet filtering, resulting in limited visibility and repetitive recapitulation. This study aims to design and implement a Google Spreadsheet based bank reconciliation Monitoring dashboard using the SDLC Waterfall method. The system is developed with a multi-sheet architecture integrating automated formulas and Google Apps Script automation. The results deliver an integrated visual interface featuring key performance indicator cards, account status classification, and a detailed list of accounts requiring follow-up action. Functional testing using Black Box Testing across 14 scenarios confirms full compliance with specifications. The implementation proves to improve Monitoring effectiveness through real-time data presentation and early identification of problematic accounts. In addition to providing a comprehensive status visualization previously unavailable through manual workflows, the dashboard successfully eliminates progress compilation time, reducing it from an average of 1.13 minutes per session to instantaneous execution.
