      Abstract
      Industri farmasi menghasilkan timbulan sampah yang memerlukan pengelolaan yang tepat untuk meminimalkan beban pembuangan ke Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kondisi eksisting dan merancang skenario pengelolaan sampah menggunakan pendekatan sistem dinamik. Metode penelitian meliputi observasi lapangan, identifikasi variabel, penyusunan causal loop diagram dan stock flow diagram, simulasi, serta validasi model menggunakan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Simulasi dilakukan pada periode 2025–2035 melalui skenario pesimis, moderat, dan optimis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan timbulan sampah sebesar 159,83 kg/hari dengan komposisi terbesar berupa sampah taman 27%. Nilai MAPE sebesar 17,76% menunjukkan model memiliki akurasi yang baik dan layak digunakan untuk simulasi. Skenario optimis menghasilkan kondisi terbaik dengan timbulan sampah 101.935,0 kg, sampah menuju TPA 14.511,60 kg, emisi 2.258.310,0 kg CO2-eq, serta keuntungan ekonomi sebesar Rp54.476.400,00 pada tahun 2035. Pendekatan sistem dinamik mendukung perencanaan pengelolaan sampah yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.
       
      The pharmaceutical industry generates waste that requires proper management to minimize disposal to Final Disposal Sites (TPA). This study aims to analyze existing waste management conditions and develop waste management scenarios using a system dynamics approach to improve sustainable management effectiveness. The research methods included field observation, identification of system variables, development of causal loop diagram and stock flow diagram, simulation, and model validation using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Simulations were conducted for the 2025–2035 period under pessimistic, moderate, and optimistic scenarios. The results showed waste generation of 159.83 kg/day, with garden waste as the largest composition 27%. The model validation produced a MAPE value of 17.76%, indicating good model accuracy for simulation purposes. The optimistic scenario showed the best performance, with waste generation of 101,935.0 kg, waste disposed to TPA of 14,511.60 kg, emissions of 2,258,310.0 kg CO2-eq, and economic benefits of IDR 54,476,400.00 by 2035. The system dynamics approach effectively supports sustainable waste management planning in the pharmaceutical industry.
