      Abstract
      PT Adyawinsa Electrical and Power menghadapi tantangan dalam memenuhi target produksi harian lampu lusida, di mana rata-rata pencapaian hanya sebesar 89% dari target 400 unit per hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pemborosan (waste) dan merancang usulan perbaikan menggunakan pendekatan lean manufacturing dengan kerangka kerja DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Berdasarkan observasi dan pemetaan Value Stream Mapping (VSM), ditemukan bottleneck signifikan pada stasiun 3 dengan cycle time sebesar 255 detik, yang dipicu oleh aktivitas rework dan kendala ergonomi. Usulan perbaikan mencakup standarisasi metode kerja dan optimasi alat bantu untuk mengeliminasi aktivitas Non-Value Added (NVA). Melalui perbaikan ini, diharapkan efisiensi line perakitan meningkat sehingga target produksi 10.000 unit dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu.
       
      PT Adyawinsa Electrical and Power faces challenges in meeting the daily production targets for lusida lamps, where the average achievement is only 89% of the target of 400 units per day. This study aims to identify waste and design improvement proposals using a lean manufacturing approach with the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework. Based on observations and Value Stream Mapping (VSM), a significant bottleneck was found at station 3 with a cycle time of 255 seconds, triggered by rework activities and ergonomic constraints. Proposed improvements include standardizing work methods and optimizing tools to eliminate Non-Value Added (NVA) activities. Through these improvements, it is expected that the efficiency of the assembly line will increase so that the total production target of 10,000 units can be completed on time.
