Implementasi Sistem ERP Berbasis Odoo pada Aktivitas Pembelian, Persediaan, dan Penjualan (Studi Kasus: UMKM XYZ)
Abstract
UMKM XYZ merupakan usaha perdagangan kartu Pokémon Trading Card Game melalui marketplace eBay dan direct selling. Seluruh proses dicatat manual menggunakan spreadsheet terpisah tanpa integrasi sehingga menimbulkan selisih data persediaan yang berulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi proses bisnis yang berjalan, mengimplementasikan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) berbasis Odoo pada modul Purchase, Inventory, dan Sales, serta mengevaluasinya, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode Accelerated SAP. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan proses pembelian, persediaan, dan penjualan berjalan terpisah antardivisi tanpa dokumen formal sehingga menjadi sumber selisih nilai persediaan. Implementasi menghasilkan sistem yang mengintegrasikan ketiga modul dalam satu basis data terpusat dengan pencatatan transaksi dan jurnal akuntansi yang terbentuk otomatis antarmodul. Evaluasi menggunakan kerangka PIECES menunjukkan keenam dimensi tercapai, ditandai dengan selisih nilai persediaan antarmodul yang tidak lagi terjadi, laporan operasional tersedia dari sistem, serta penerimaan pengguna berdasarkan User Acceptance Testing mencapai rata-rata 4,66 dari skala 5 berkategori sangat baik. UMKM XYZ is a Pokémon Trading Card Game trading business operating through the eBay marketplace and direct selling. All processes were recorded manually using separate spreadsheets without integration, causing recurring inventory data discrepancies. This study aims to identify the business processes, implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system based on Odoo in the Purchase, Inventory, and Sales modules, and evaluate it, using a descriptive qualitative approach with the Accelerated SAP method. The identification showed that the purchasing, inventory, and sales processes ran separately across divisions without formal documents, becoming the source of inventory value discrepancies. The implementation produced a system integrating the three modules within a single centralized database, with transactions and accounting journals generated automatically across modules. Evaluation using the PIECES framework showed all six dimensions were achieved, indicated by inventory value discrepancies between modules that no longer occurred, operational reports available from the system, and user acceptance based on User Acceptance Testing reaching an average of 4.66 out of 5 in the very good category.
