PT XYZ menggunakan sistem Fixed Asset Management (FAM) untuk mengelola aset tetap, namun belum memiliki modul penggantian aset, sehingga proses masih manual, berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan, kesalahan pencatatan, dan kurangnya monitoring. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun modul penggantian aset tetap yang terintegrasi dalam sistem FAM. Modul mencakup fitur evaluasi aset otomatis berdasarkan aturan, pengajuan dan persetujuan penggantian, serta realisasi aset baru. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development yang terdiri dari tahapan requirements planning, user design, construction, dan cutover. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode black box testing dengan pendekatan equivalence partitioning terhadap 20 skenario uji dan menunjukkan persentase keberberhasilan 100%. Selain itu, pengujian usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menunjukkan tingkat kegunaan yang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul berhasil dikembangkan untuk mendukung pengelolaan penggantian aset secara terstruktur dan terdokumentasi. PT XYZ utilizes a Fixed Asset Management (FAM) system to manage fixed assets, but does not yet have an asset replacement module, so the process is still manual, potentially causing delays, recording errors, and lack of monitoring. This study aims to design and develop an asset replacement module integrated into the FAM system. The module includes features such as rule-based asset evaluation, submission and approval processes, and asset replacement realization. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development method, consisting of requirements planning, user design, construction, and cutover stages. Testing was conducted using black box testing with equivalence partitioning across 20 test scenarios, all of which achieved a 100% success rate. Additionally, usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) indicates a good level of usability. The results show that the developed module was successfully developed to support asset replacement management in a structured and documented manner.
