      Abstract
      Mesin roll produksi pada industri manufaktur ban menghasilkan kebisingan yang berpotensi menimbulkan risiko gangguan pendengaran pada pekerja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan memetakan zona kebisingan sebagai dasar perencanaan pengendalian risiko lingkungan kerja di industri manufaktur ban. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan perhitungan Leq 8 jam dan pemetaan zona kebisingan menggunakan software iNoise yang dievaluasi dengan perhitungan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Leq pada source sebesar 87 dBA yang sudah melebihi Nilai Ambang Batas (NAB) 85 dBA. Hasil pemetaan zona kebisingan menunjukkan area yang berisiko tinggi berada di area source 4 dengan nilai tingkat kebisingan 87 dBA dengan radius penyebaran kebisingan mencapai 1,54 meter kemudian dievaluasi dengan MAPE dan didapatkan nilai error software sebesar 10% dan 20% yang menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang masih dapat diterima. Hasil pemetaan dapat dipertimbangkan dalam perencanaan pengendalian risiko lingkungan kerja.
       
      Production roll machines in the tire manufacturing industry produce noise that poses a risk of hearing loss to workers. The study was conducted to map noise zones as a basis for planning work environment risk control in the tire manufacturing industry. The analysis was carried out using 8-hour Leq calculations and noise zone mapping in iNoise software, which was evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The results showed that the average noise level at the source was 87 dBA, exceeding the Threshold Limit Value (NAB) of 85 dBA. The noise zone mapping showed a high-risk area in source area 4, with a noise level of 87 dBA and a noise spread radius of 1,54 meters. Then, it was evaluated using MAPE, and the software returned error values of 10% and 20%, indicating an acceptable level of accuracy. The mapping results can be considered in planning work environment risk control.
