Pengembangan Sistem Web untuk Transformasi dan Pengunggahan Data Customer PT ALTRAK 1978 ke Sistem Coretax

Abstract

PT ALTRAK 1978 menghadapi tantangan dalam transformasi data perusahaan ke sistem Coretax, eror format XML, dan pengunggahan data pelanggan yang ditolak sistem Coretax akibat ketidaksesuaian format. Transformasi data masih dilakukan secara manual berbasis Microsoft Excel. Penelitian ini merancang XMLTRA 78, sistem web yang dikembangkan dengan metode SDLC model waterfall, memiliki fitur konversi otomatis XLS ke XML, pengecekan eror format, unduh hasil konversi, panel Go To Coretax, manajemen pengguna melalui autentikasi approval login, serta Activity Status sebagai audit trail digital. Evaluasi Black Box Testing terhadap 17 skenario berhasil 100%. Analisis PIECES oleh 6 responden dari Accounting Department menghasilkan skor 3,68 (Baik), dengan aspek Efficiency tertinggi 4,00. Wawancara mengonfirmasi pengurangan waktu konversi dan minimnya kesalahan input data. XMLTRA 78 terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kepatuhan perpajakan perusahaan dalam pelaporan faktur pajak keluaran ke sistem Coretax.

PT ALTRAK 1978 faces challenges in converting company data to the Coretax system, XML format errors, and customer data uploads being rejected by the Coretax system due to format mismatches. Data transformation is still carried out manually using Microsoft Excel.This study designed XMLTRA 78, a web-based system developed using the SDLC waterfall model method, featuring automatic XLS to XML conversion, format error checking, download of conversion results, a Go To Coretax panel, user management through approval login authentication, and Activity Status as a digital audit trail. Black Box Testing evaluation of 17 scenarios achieved 100% success. The PIECES analysis by 6 respondents from the Accounting Department resulted in a score of 3.68 (Good), with the Efficiency aspect having the highest score of 4.00. Interviews confirmed reduced conversion time and minimal data entry errors. XMLTRA 78 proved to improve the company's efficiency, accuracy, and tax compliance in reporting output tax invoices to the Coretax system.
