The decline in laying hen performance during the late production phase and the restriction on antibiotic use as feed additives have encouraged the utilization of safe and sustainable natural ingredients. This study aimed to analyze the effect of ginger flour on the production performance of Hy-Line Brown laying hens using 20 birds aged 88–91 weeks with one control and three treatments of ginger flour supplementation at 3%, 4%, and 5% for 21 days. The parameters observed included Hen Day Production (HDP), egg weight, feed intake, Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), and body weight which were analyzed using One-Way ANOVA followed by Duncan's test at a significance level of P<0.05. Results showed that ginger flour supplementation significan tly affected (P<0.05) feed consumption, HDP, and FCR, but had no significant effect (P>0.05) on egg weight and body weight. The 5% ginger flour treatment produced the highest feed consumption (127.42±1.10 g/bird/day), the highest HDP (97.33±0.00%), and the lowest FCR (1.575±0.011), making the 5% dose the most effective level for improving the production performance of Hy-Line Brown laying hens in the late production phase.
