      Pemberian Cacing Sutera yang diperkaya Spirulina untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Manfish Pterophyllum scalare

      Abstract
      Ikan manfish menjadi salah satu ikan hias yang populer di industri perdagangan dan diminati masyarakat karena keindahan bentuk, warna tubuh, serta gerakannya. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ikan manfish adalah pengayaan cacing sutera menggunakan spirulina. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dosis terbaik spirulina yang diberikan pada cacing sutera dalam meningkatkan kinerja pertumbuhan benih ikan manfish. Metode penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan empat perlakuan dan tiga pengulangan, yaitu perlakuan P0 sebagai kontrol, perlakuan P1 menggunakan cacing sutera yang diperkaya 1% spirulina, perlakuan P2 menggunakan cacing sutera yang diperkaya 3% spirulina, dan perlakuan P3 menggunakan cacing sutera yang diperkaya 5% spirulina. Ikan uji yang digunakan yaitu benih ikan manfish berukuran 1 cm dengan total ikan 180 ekor. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengayaan cacing sutera dengan dosis 5% spirulina mampu meningkatkan performa pertumbuhan yang berbeda nyata yaitu pertumbuhan panjang mutlak sebesar 4,08±0,06 cm, laju pertumbuhan panjang spesifik sebesar 3,29±0,03 % hari-1, dan persentase percepatan panjang ikan sebesar 100% yang lebih baik dibandingkan perlakuan kontrol.
       
      The manfish is one of the most popular ornamental fish in the trade industry and is highly sought after by the public for its beautiful shape, body color, and movements. One approach to enhance manfish growth is specifically enriching silkworms with spirulina. This study aims to determine the optimal dose of spirulina to be administered to silkworms to improve the growth performance of manfish seed. The research method used with four treatments and three replicates, treatment P0 served as the control, treatment P1 used silkworms enriched with 1% spirulina, treatment P2 used silkworms enriched with 3% spirulina, and treatment P3 used silkworms enriched with 5% spirulina. The test fish used were 1 cm manfish seed, totaling 180 individuals. The results showed that supplementing silkworms with 5% spirulina significantly improved growth performance, particularly absolute length growth of 4.08 ± 0.06 cm, specific length growth rate of 3.29 ± 0.03 % day?¹, and percentage of length growth acceleration of 100%, which were better than those of the control treatment.
