      Abstract
      Sebagai upaya meningkatkan efektivitas mesin F-143 yang secara perhitungan OEE memiliki nilai terendah diantara mesin priority line lainnya yaitu sebesar 46,54%. PT XYZ masih menghadapi kendala dalam strategi maintenance yang lebih optimal dari sebelumnya.. Untuk dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan analisis akar masalah (RCA) untuk medapatkan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kerugian dan efektivitas pada mesin F-143. Hal ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan implementasi Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), perhitungan keandalan mesin dan nilai six big losses untuk mengidentifikasi faktor dominan penyebab rendahnya nilai OEE pada mesin F-143 tersebut. Dengan begitu perusahaan dapat menentukan usulan perbaikan yang paling sesuai dengan target awal yaitu meningkatnya efektivitas mesin F-143 yang dilihat dari naiknya nilai OEE pada mesin F-143.
       
      As an effort to improve the effectiveness of the F-143 machine, which has the lowest OEE value among other priority line machines at 46.54%, PT XYZ is still facing challenges in implementing a more optimal maintenance strategy than before. To address these issues, a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is required to identify the factors that have the greatest influence on losses and the effectiveness of the F143 machine. This is carried out through the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), machine reliability calculations, and the analysis of six big losses values to identify the dominant factors causing the low OEE value of the F143 machine. Thus, the company can determine the most appropriate improvement proposals in line with the initial objective, namely increasing the effectiveness of the F-143 machine as indicated by the improvement of its OEE value.
