      Abstract
      PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan otomotif yang tentunya membutuhkan sistem kerja yang efisien, cepat, dan teliti untuk mendukung kelancaran alur proses produksi. Kondisi ini menyebabkan tingginya tingkat kelelahan kerja dan berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kinerja operator. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis tingkat beban kerja operator pada proses material handling inbound yang dilakukan secara manual, serta mengevaluasi penerapan Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) dengan metode NASA Task Load Index (NASA-TLX). Hasil penelitian pada tingkat beban kerja saat kondisi awal berada pada kategori tinggi hingga sangat tinggi, sedangkan setelah dilakukan penerapan Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) terjadi penurunan yang signifikan yaitu berada pada kategori rendah hingga sangat rendah. Dengan demikian, penerapan Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) ini efektif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses material handling sehingga dapat mendukung pencapaian target produksi perusahaan.
       
      PT XYZ is an automotive company requiring an efficient, precise, and high speed work system to support its production processes. However, the manual inbound material handling process has led to excessive operator workload, resulting in increased fatigue and decreased performance. This study aims to analyze operator workload levels in the manual material handling process and evaluate the implementation of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) using the NASA Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) method. The results show that operator workload under manual conditions falls into the high to very high categories, while after AMR implementation, workload levels decreased significantly to the low to very low categories. Thus, the implementation of AMR effectively improves material handling efficiency and supports the achievement of the company's production targets.
