      Abstract
      Hama penggerek batang padi (Scirpophaga sp.) merupakan salah satu hama tanaman utama dalam budidaya padi, yang mampu menyebabkan kerugian hasil panen hingga 30%. Perkembangan hama ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor meteorologi musiman, sehingga analisis pola musiman menjadi sangat penting untuk mendukung upaya pengendalian preventif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi serangan hama penggerek batang padi berdasarkan pola musiman dengan menggunakan model CLIMEX di Kabupaten Cirebon. Data meteorologi harian dari tahun 2017 hingga 2024 yang diperoleh dari Stasiun Pos Meteorologi Penggung serta data Luas Area Serangan Tambahan Kumulatif dari Balai Perlindungan Tanaman Perkebunan dan Hortikultura Provinsi Jawa Barat diolah menggunakan model CLIMEX 3.0 dengan template Wet-tropical dan analisis distribusi visual. Hasil pemodelan menunjukkan bahwa Indeks Ekoklimatik (EI) berkisar antara 72 hingga 73 tanpa adanya indikator stres iklim, yang mengindikasikan bahwa Kabupaten Cirebon sangat cocok untuk pertumbuhan hama tersebut. Distribusi visual menunjukkan bahwa area serangan terkonsentrasi pada curah hujan sedang, kelembapan 70-90%, dan suhu 26-32°C. Total luas area serangan pada musim kemarau (5.544 ha) lebih tinggi daripada pada musim hujan (3.675 ha), dengan puncaknya terjadi pada bulan Maret dan September, sejalan dengan sinkronisasi fase generatif padi pada musim tanam pertama dan kedua.
       
      Rice stem borer (Scirpophaga sp.) is one of the major plant pests in rice cultivation, capable of causing yield losses of up to 30%. The development of this pest is strongly influenced by seasonal meteorological factors, making seasonal pattern analysis essential to support preventive control. This study aims to analyze the potential infestation of rice stem borer based on seasonal patterns using the CLIMEX model in Cirebon Regency. Daily meteorological data from 2017 to 2024 obtained from the Penggung Meteorological Post Station and the Cumulative Additional Infestation Area data from the West Java Province Plantation and Horticultural Plant Protection Center were processed using the CLIMEX 3.0 model with a Wet-tropical template and visual distribution analysis. The modeling results show that the Ecoclimatic Index (EI) ranged from 72 to 73 with no climatic stress indicators, indicating that Cirebon Regency is highly suitable for the pest's growth. Visual distribution showed that infestation areas were concentrated under moderate rainfall, humidity of 70-90%, and temperatures of 26-32°C. The total infestation area in the dry season (5,544 ha) was higher than in the wet season (3,675 ha), peaking in March and September, following the synchronization of the generative phase of rice in the first and second planting seasons.
