The village of Sepakat Jaya in West Kalimantan possesses significant natural and cultural potential, yet this has not yet been optimally managed for tourism. This study aims to identify tourist attractions, analyze community perceptions and preferences, and develop a Community-Based Tourism (CBT) plan through observation, interviews, a survey of 123 respondents, focus group discussions (FGDs), and chi-square and SWOT analyses. According to the research results, three main natural tourist sites and 22 cultural attractions were identified, with very high community support (98,4% willing to contribute) and the greatest preference for nature-based tourism (65%). The SWOT analysis placed the village in Quadrant I (SO strategy), so CBT planning focused on developing tourism packages, community and institutional empowerment, and strengthening infrastructure collaboration. Implementation is carried out through thematic tourism routes in Sungai Beliung Hamlet and Engkadin Hamlet, managed participatively, with the expectation of improving economic well-being while preserving culture and the environment in a sustainable manner.
