      Abstract
Data dianalisis menggunakan One-Way ANOVA.

Laying hens have high egg production potential, thus requiring optimal nutritional management to achieve maximum performance. Providing probiotic Saccharomyces cerevisiae can enhance digestive tract health, improve feed utilization efficiency, and increase egg productivity. This study aims to evaluate the effect of adding probiotic Saccharomyces cerevisiae on laying hen performance and egg quality at CV. Global Buwana Farm. The study used 20 Hy-Line Brown hens aged 88–91 weeks. This study employed four treatments: P1, the control; P2, given 0.5% probiotic; P3, given 1% probiotic; and P4, given 1.5% probiotic. The parameters observed were feed consumption, daily egg production, feed efficiency, body weight, and external and internal egg quality. Data were analyzed using oneway ANOVA. The results showed that the addition of probiotics at the 1% level provided the best response, including improved hen-day production and a better feed conversion ratio. Egg quality also increased, although there was no significant difference between treatments. These findings have the potential to support the maintenance efficiency and productivity of laying hens.
