Penerapan Teknik Penyutradaraan dalam Proses Pembuatan Video Company Profile Sekretariat Daerah Kota Bogor

Abstract

Proyek akhir ini membahas penerapan teknik penyutradaraan dalam pembuatan video company profile Sekretariat Daerah Kota Bogor sebagai media komunikasi digital dengan media audiovisual. Tujuan proyek ini adalah menerapkan Teori Auteur dan teknik 5C sinematografi dalam proses produksi video agar informasi kelembagaan dapat disampaikan secara lebih komunikatif dan menarik melalui Instagram Reels. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, analisis dokumen, wawancara, dan analisis Instagram. Proses produksi dilakukan melalui tahapan pra-produksi, produksi, dan pascaproduksi dengan fokus pada peran sutradara dalam menentukan konsep visual, pengambilan gambar, serta ritme penyuntingan. Hasil proyek menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Teori Auteur dan teknik 5C sinematografi mampu menghasilkan video company profile semiformal yang informatif dan tetap mencerminkan profesionalitas lembaga pemerintahan serta memperoleh respons positif dari audiens di media sosial Instagram dan penilaian dari mitra.

This final project discusses the implementation of directing techniques in the production of the Sekretariat Daerah Kota Bogor company profile video as an audiovisual-based digital communication medium. The purpose of this project is to apply Auteur Theory and the 5C cinematography technique in the video production process so that institutional information can be delivered in a more communicative and engaging manner through Instagram Reels. The methods used include observation, document analysis, interviews, and Instagram analysis. The production process was carried out through pre-production, production, and post-production stages, focusing on the director’s role in determining visual concepts, camera shots, and editing rhythm. The results of the project show that the application of Auteur Theory and the 5C cinematography technique was able to produce a semi-formal company profile video that is informative while still reflecting the professionalism of a government institution and receiving positive responses from audiences through Instagram insight data and partner assessments.
