      Peningkatan Kelangsungan Hidup Larva Ikan Koridoras Pygmy Corydoras pygmaeus dengan Menggunakan Pakan Alami Berbeda

      Abstract
      Permasalahan utama dalam pembenihan ikan koridoras pygmy Corydoras pygmaeus ialah tingginya mortalitas pada stadia larva, sehingga diperlukan strategi pemberian pakan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kelangsungan hidup larva ikan koridoras pygmy melalui pemberian pakan alami yang berbeda, dengan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga perlakuan dan tiga ulangan, yaitu Artemia (A), Artemia dan Infusoria (AI), dan Artemia dan Microworm (AM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan AI menghasilkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup tertinggi sebesar 73,67±4,04%, diikuti oleh perlakuan AM dan A. Nilai LPPS dan PPM pada perlakuan AI dan AM juga lebih tinggi dibandingkan perlakuan A. Tingkat abnormalitas yang diperoleh pada seluruh perlakuan sebesar 0,00±0,00%. Koefisien keragaman terendah terdapat pada perlakuan AI yaitu sebesar 0,70±0,08%. Analisis ekonomi menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan AI memberikan keuntungan tertinggi dibandingkan perlakuan lainnya dengan menekan biaya sebesar 8,7%. Oleh karena itu, kombinasi pakan Artemia dan Infusoria sangat direkomendasikan sebagai pakan pada stadia larva.
       
      The main problem in the breeding of pygmy corydoras fish Corydoras pygmaeus is the high mortality in the larval stage, so an appropriate feeding strategy is needed. This study aims to improve the survival of pygmy corydoras fish larvae by providing different life feeds, using the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with three treatments and three replications, namely Artemia (A), Artemia dan Infusoria (AI), dan Artemia and Microworm (AM). The results showed that the AI treatment produced the highest survival rate of 73.67±4.04%, followed by AM and A treatments. The LPPS and PPM values in the AI and AM treatments were also higher than those in the A treatment. The abnormality level obtained in all treatments was 0.00±0.00%. The lowest coefficient of variation was found in the AI treatment, which was 0.70±0.08%. Economic analysis showed that the AI treatment provided the highest profit compared to other treatments by reducing costs by 8.7%. Therefore, a combination of Artemia and Infusoria feed is highly recommended as feed for the larval stage.
