| dc.description.abstract | Produksi daging sapi di Indonesia mengalami defisit selama beberapa tahun terakhir. Kepentingan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi teknologi transfer embrio (TE) yang keberhasilannya belum optimal. Laporan ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan TE pada berbagai fase perkembangan embrio terhadap sapi di Balai Embrio Ternak (BET) Cipelang. Sampe yang digunakan, yaitu sapi resipien yang dilakukan TE selama tahun 2023 hingga 2025. Data yang terkumpul sebanyak 58 sampel, yaitu 6 morula, 21 early blastocyst, 22 blastocyst, serta 9 expanded blastocyst. Metode dimulai dari koleksi embrio, evaluasi, transfer, dan pemeriksaan kebuntingan. Data yang terkumpul berupa fase, kualitas embrio, dan metode transfer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa morula memiliki keebrhasilan tertinggi 33,3%, dibanding early blastocyst 28,6%, blastocyst 27,3%, dan expanded blastocyst 22,2%. Keberhasilan metode terbaik adalah metode beku (direct) 29%. Kombinasi terbaik, yaitu embrio early blastocyst segar 36,3%, blastocyst beku 35,7%, serta morula beku dan segar 33,3%. Kualitas embrio terbaik adalah embrio grade 1 atau good 33,3%. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Beef production in Indonesian have experienced a deficit in recent years. The interest of this study is to evaluate embryo transfer (ET) technology, the success of which is still not optimal. This report aims to assess the success rate of TE at various stages of embryo development in cattle at the Cipelang Livestock Embryo Center (BET). The sample population used was BET recipient cattle in TE’s programs from 2023 to 2025. Data collected included 6 morulas, 21 early blastocyst, 22 blastocyst, and 9 expanded blastocyst. Methods began with embryo collection, evaluation and classification, transfer, pregnancy examination. Data collected included phase, quality, and transfer method. The results of this study indicate that morula embryos have the highest pregnancy rate of 33.3%, compared to early blastocysts at 28.6%, blastocysts at 27.3%, and expanded blastocysts at 22.2%. The best transfer method was frozen embryo 29%. The best combination was 36.3% fresh early blastocyst, 35.7% frozen blastocysts, also 33.3% frozen and fresh morulas. The best embryo’s quality was good quality at 33.3%. | |
