Perancangan Ulang Fasilitas Kerja Ergonomi Pada Work Center Pengecatan Produk Wood Massage di CV ABC
Abstract
operator work center pengecatan mengalami gangguan musculoskeletal.
rancangan desain fasilitas kerja.
CV ABC is a manufacturing company that produces educational props and
custom products. The wood massage product is the highest-demand product in
2025. However, during the production process, the painting work center operators
experience musculoskeletal disorders. This is caused by the non-ergonomic work
facilities, resulting in improper body posture for the operators. This study aims to
determine the score of musculoskeletal complaints and posture risk, while also
redesigning the work facility layout. The NBM method is used to identify skeletal
muscle complaints, REBA is used to assess posture risk, and anthropometry is used
to adjust the design to the operator's body dimensions. The results of the NBM and
REBA questionnaires indicate that skeletal muscle complaints and the risk of the
operator's posture are in the high category and require immediate corrective action.
Therefore, a redesign of the work facility based on anthropometric data and the
preparation of an OPL related to work posture were carried out. Additionally, a
PAM analysis was conducted, showing an efficiency improvement of 61 seconds
or equivalent to 8,23%.
