The overcapacity in PT XYZ’s finished goods inventory, which operates on a make-to-order system, hinders operational efficiency and workplace mobility. This study identifies their operational performance and determines the key performance indicators that should be prioritized for improvement. The methodology integrates the Supply Chain Operations Reference Digital Standard (SCOR DS) to measure supply chain performance, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for weighting performances indicator, and supported by Turnover Ratio (TOR) analysis and the Fast, Slow, Non-moving (FSN) classification. The results indicate that the main issue is the low turnover of finished goods inventory, as reflected by low TOR values and the dominance of slow-moving and non-moving categories. These findings indicate that inventory management is not yet optimal and directly contributes to stock accumulation. The implication of this study is the necessity of implementing a dashboard-based monitoring system to track inventory movement periodically, thereby supporting more responsive decision-making and enhance capacity efficiency.
