      Pengembangan Modul Backend pada Sistem Peringatan Dini Karhutla

      Abstract
      Kebakaran hutan dan lahan (karhutla) merupakan permasalahan lingkungan yang berdampak signifikan terhadap aspek ekologis, sosial, dan ekonomi di Indonesia. Upaya pencegahan karhutla memerlukan sistem peringatan dini yang mampu mendeteksi potensi kebakaran secara cepat dan akurat, salah satunya melalui pemanfaatan data titik panas hasil penginderaan jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan modul backend sistem peringatan dini karhutla yang berfungsi sebagai pusat pengelolaan data pengguna dan laporan lapangan serta melakukan pemrosesan data titik panas. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk menggunakan data titik panas satelit yang diperoleh dari layanan SiPongi+ serta laporan lapangan, dan menyediakan layanan API bagi aplikasi web dan mobile. Sistem dilengkapi dengan mekanisme notifikasi otomatis untuk mendukung penyampaian peringatan dini secara tepat waktu. Evaluasi performa dilakukan di lingkungan lokal melalui uji beban Grafana k6 dengan 100 virtual users selama 10 menit hasilnya menunjukkan modul backend stabil dengan throughput 318,45 req/s pada endpoint dengan frekuensi akses tinggi dan 3,36 req/s pada endpoint I/O intensif. Meskipun fitur ekspor dokumen menghasilkan throughput 4,60 req/s, batasan memori kontainer 512 MB memicu error rate 12% dan lonjakan respons hingga 52.147,73 ms akibat kondisi out of memory. Namun, implementasi rate limit dan isolasi kontainer berhasil menjaga ketersediaan layanan sistem secara keseluruhan.
       
      Forest and land fires pose significant ecological, social, and economic impacts in Indonesia. Effective prevention requires an early warning system capable of detecting potential fires rapidly and accurately using remote sensing hotspot data. This research designs and develops a backend module for a forest fire early warning system that manages user and field report data while processing hotspot information. The module integrates satellite hotspot data from the SiPongi+ service with field reports, providing API services for web and mobile applications. The system includes an automated notification mechanism for timely early warning delivery. Load testing in a local environment using Grafana k6 with 100 virtual users for a 10-minute duration demonstrates a reliable backend module, achieving a throughput of 318.45 req/s on the frequent access endpoint and 3.36 req/s on the I/O intensive endpoint. Although the document export feature generates a throughput of 4.60 req/s, limiting the container memory to 512 MB triggers a 12% error rate and a maximum response time of 52,147.73 ms due to an out-of-memory condition. However, implementing rate limiting and container isolation successfully ensures overall system availability.
