| dc.description.abstract | Ikan koi Cyprinus rubrofuscus merupakan komoditas ikan hias air tawar bernilai ekonomis tinggi. Tingginya permintaan pasar mendorong peningkatan produksi, namun budidaya ikan koi masih menghadapi kendala berupa lambatnya pertumbuhan, dan tingkat sintasan yang perlu ditingkatkan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah melalui penambahan probiotik Bacillus subtilis dan protein dalam pakan. Magang khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan probiotik Bacillus subtilis dan protein terhadap pertumbuhan serta sintasan ikan koi. Kegiatan ini menggunakan empat perlakuan, yaitu kontrol (P0), penambahan probiotik (P1) dengan dosis 10 mL kg-1 pakan, penambahan protein (P2) dengan dosis 5 mL kg-1 pakan, serta penambahan probiotik Bacillus subtilis dan protein (P3) dengan dosis yang sama. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penambahan probiotik dan protein menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan sintasan yang lebih tinggi dari perlakuan lainnya, sehingga perlakuan P3 menjadi perlakuan terbaik selama pemeliharaan. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Koi fish Cyprinus rubrofuscus are a freshwater ornamental fish with high economic value. High market demand has driven increased production, but koi cultivation still faces obstacles in the form of slow growth and survival rates that need to be improved. Efforts can be made to overcome these problems by adding Bacillus subtilis probiotics and protein to feed. This special internship aims to determine the effect of adding Bacillus subtilis probiotics and protein on koi fish growth and survival. This activity used four treatments: control (P0), the addition of probiotics (P1) at a dose of 10 mL kg-1 of feed, the addition of protein (P2) at a dose of 5 mL kg-1 of feed, and the addition of Bacillus subtilis probiotics and protein (P3) at the same dose. The results showed that the addition of probiotics and protein resulted in higher growth and survival rates than the other treatments, making treatment P3 the best treatment during maintenance. | |
