| dc.description.abstract | Pengelolaan inventaris kantor masih dilakukan secara manual, yang mengakibatkan lambatnya pembaruan data, kesulitan dalam memantau aset, dan kemungkinan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan menerapkan aplikasi inventaris berbasis Android agar pengelolaan inventaris menjadi lebih efisien. Metode yang digunakan adalah prototyping dengan tahapan communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of prototype, serta deployment and feedback. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang diimplementasikan dapat mempercepat proses pencatatan, membuat pemantauan lebih mudah melalui dashboard statistik, serta meningkatkan konsistensi data melalui integrasi sistem. Penambahan fitur delete pada history pada iterasi kedua menjadi hasil yang meningkatkan fleksibilitas dalam penggunaan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi pada penerapan sistem inventaris yang lebih terstruktur dan efisien. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Office inventory management is still conducted manually, resulting in delays in data updates, difficulties in monitoring assets, and a high risk of recording errors. This study aims to design and implement an Android-based inventory application to improve the efficiency of inventory management. The method used is prototyping, consisting of the stages of communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of prototype, and deployment and feedback. The results show that the implemented application is able to accelerate the data recording process, facilitate monitoring through a statistical dashboard, and improve data consistency through system integration. The addition of a delete feature in the history module during the second iteration enhances flexibility in system usage. This study implies that the implementation of a mobile-based inventory system can support more structured and efficient inventory management. | |
