      Abstract
      Penurunan volume penjualan finger joint laminated board pada PT Buana Triarta terjadi di tengah persaingan industri kayu olahan yang semakin ketat serta belum optimalnya implementasi strategi pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, serta analisis menggunakan matriks internal factor evaluation, external factor evaluation, internal – external, SWOT, dan quantitative strategic planning matrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan berada pada posisi grow and build dengan kekuatan utama pada kualitas produk dan harga kompetitif, serta peluang dari pasar ekspor. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa strategi prioritas adalah optimalisasi pemasaran digital yang terintegrasi dengan pemasaran offline untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan brand awareness.
       
      A decline in the sales volume of finger joint laminated board at PT Buana Triarta has ocurred amid increasing competition in the wood processing industry and the suboptimal implementation of marketing strategies. This study aims to identify existing marketing strategies and formulate appropriate alternatives to improve sales performance. The study employs a descriptive approach using data collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, analyzed with internal factor evaluation, external factor evaluation, internal – external, SWOT, quantitative strategic planning matrix. The results indicate that the company is in a grow and build position, supported by strengths in product quality and competitive pricing, as well as opportunities form export markets. The key finding higlights to expand market reach and enhance brand awareness.
