| dc.description.abstract | This study is motivated by the lack of integration between automated testing results and the processes of issue recording and follow-up, causing the Quality Assurance (QA) unit to perform reporting separately. The study aims to develop an Issue Management feature within a web-based Automation Testing Management System (SIMAT) to enable more structured issue handling. The system was developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, with functional testing conducted through Black Box Testing and usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS), involving 10 respondents from the Quality Assurance (QA) unit and developers in the The Core department. The testing results, based on 21 scenarios, indicate that all system functions operate as expected and are able to support integrated issue management. Furthermore, the system achieved an SUS score of 77, which falls into grade B with an acceptable level of usability, indicating that the system has good usability and is well accepted by users. | |
