      Abstract
      Data hidrometeorologi beresolusi tinggi sangat penting dalam pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai mikro yang memiliki respons hidrologi cepat terhadap curah hujan. Namun, ketersediaan data tersebut di Sub DAS Ciapus masih terbatas dan tidak berkesinambungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemantauan hidrometeorologi berbasis internet menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32-S3 dan sensor ultrasonik untuk pengukuran tinggi muka air yang terintegrasi dengan jaringan Stasiun Cuaca Otomatis untuk merekam curah hujan. Sistem bekerja secara otomatis, mengirimkan data melalui jaringan nirkabel ke server, menyimpan data ke dalam basis data, serta menampilkan visualisasi pada dashboard secara waktu nyata. Implementasi Stasiun Cuaca Otomatis dan stasiun tinggi muka air pada wilayah Sub DAS Ciapus menunjukkan adanya jeda waktu antara hujan dan limpasan berkisar 1,4–1,6 jam. Kondisi tersebut mencerminkan respons daerah tangkapan air yang cepat serta menunjukkan potensi peningkatan risiko banjir di wilayah penelitian. Sistem yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai model awal jaringan pemantauan hidrometeorologi berbasis teknologi pada daerah aliran sungai mikro di wilayah tropis.
       
      High-resolution hydrometeorological data are essential for the management of micro-watersheds that exhibit rapid hydrological responses to rainfall events. However, the availability of such data in the Ciapus Sub-watershed remains limited and discontinuous. This study aimed to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based hydrometeorological monitoring system using an ESP32-S3 microcontroller and an ultrasonic sensor for water level measurement integrated with an Automatic Weather Station (AWS) network for rainfall monitoring. The system operates automatically by transmitting data through a wireless network to a server, storing the data in a database, and displaying real-time visualizations on a dashboard. The implementation of the AWS and water level monitoring stations within the Ciapus Sub-watershed indicated a rainfall–runoff lag time ranging from 1.4 to 1.6 hours. This condition reflects the rapid response of the catchment area and indicates a potential increase in flood risk within the study area. The developed system can serve as a preliminary model for technology-based hydrometeorological monitoring networks in tropical micro-watersheds.
