dc.description.abstractPengembangan modul top up kuota internet satelit berbasis aplikasi mobile LiteNet dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan top up kuota dengan transaksi manual yang memakan waktu 1–2 hari kerja dan memiliki tingkat kesalahan input data sebesar 1%. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan framework Flutter, clean architecture, dan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk mengotomatisasi proses dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Hasil pengujian kinerja menunjukkan percepatan waktu penyelesaian total transaksi hingga kuota aktif terpangkas menjadi rata-rata 12,45 detik, yang setara dengan peningkatan efisiensi lebih dari 5.727 kali lipat dibandingkan durasi manual 24 jam. Selain itu, dari 30 transaksi uji coba, tingkat kesalahan input data tercapai 0%, melampaui target penurunan di bawah 1%. Kepatuhan clean architecture juga terverifikasi sempurna (100%) dengan kelulusan penuh (100%) dari total 234 unit test.
dc.description.abstractThe development of the LiteNet mobile application-based satellite internet quota top-up module was conducted to address issues in manual top-up transactions, which typically take 1-2 working days and have a 1% data input error rate. This application was built using the Flutter framework, Clean Architecture, and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to automate processes and improve service quality. Performance testing results indicate an acceleration in total transaction completion time until the quota is activated, reducing it to an average of 12,45 seconds. This represents an efficiency increase of over 5.727 times compared to the 24-hour manual duration. Furthermore, across 30 test transactions, the data input error rate reached 0%, surpassing the reduction target of below 1%. Compliance with Clean Architecture was also perfectly verified (100%), with a full pass rate (100%) from a total of 234 unit tests.
