      Analisis Kestabilan Model Penyebaran Penyakit Influenza dengan Melibatkan Efek Ketakutan terhadap Penyakit

      Abstract
      Influenza merupakan penyakit yang menular melalui kontak dengan individu yang terinfeksi dan melalui udara berupa droplet yang dihasilkan ketika berbicara, bersin, ataupun batuk sehingga dapat menyerang sistem pernapasan manusia. Penelitian ini membahas influenza musiman yang terjadi dalam satu periode epidemi, sehingga tidak ditemukan individu yang kembali rentan ketika sudah sembuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi model penyebaran penyakit influenza dengan melibatkan efek ketakutan terhadap penyakit, menentukan dan menganalisis titik tetap, melakukan analisis sensitivitas, serta melakukan simulasi numerik. Kondisi endemik terjadi ketika bilangan reproduksi dasar lebih dari satu, dan kondisi bebas penyakit ketika bilangan reproduksi dasar kurang dari satu dan titik tetap bebas penyakit stabil. Backward bifurcation terjadi ketika bilangan reproduksi dasar kurang dari satu, tetapi titik tetap endemik masih stabil. Hasil simulasi numerik menunjukkan bahwa untuk menekan penyebaran penyakit influenza dapat dilakukan dengan menurunkan laju kontak dengan individu yang terinfeksi serta meningkatkan laju vaksinasi terhadap individu yang rentan.
       
      Influenza is a disease that is transmitted through contact with infected individuals and through the air in the form of droplets produced when talking, sneezing, or coughing, which can attack the human respiratory system. This study discusses seasonal influenza, which occurs during an epidemic period, so that infected individuals will not be susceptible again once they have recovered. This study aims to reconstruct a model of influenza disease spread by involving the effects of fear of the disease, determine and analyze equilibrium points, conduct sensitivity analysis, and perform numerical simulations. Endemic conditions occur when the basic reproduction number is greater than one, and disease-free condition occur when the basic reproduction number is less than one and the disease-free equilibrium point is stable. Backward bifurcation occurs when the basic reproduction number is less than one, but the endemic equilibrium point remains stable. The results of the numerical simulation show that the spread of influenza can be suppressed by reducing the rate of contact with infected individuals and increasing the rate of vaccination of susceptible individuals.
