dc.description.abstractPermasalahan yang terjadi dalam proses bisnis perusahaan adalah pengelolaan project yang masih dilakukan menggunakan spreadsheet mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam memantau progres project secara menyeluruh, pencatatan aktivitas yang belum terdokumentasi secara sistematis, serta kesulitan dalam mengevaluasi kinerja tim secara sistematis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi team project management guna mendukung proses manajemen proyek di PT. XYZ. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah agile dengan tahapan pengembangan meliputi requirement, design, development, test, dan deployment yang dilakukan dalam beberapa iterasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi team project management dengan fitur utama berupa tersedianya dashboard di setiap role, fitur laporan yang dapat diunduh, serta fitur penugasan dan pembaruan tugas yang disesuaikan dengan peran pengguna seperti Admin, Dept Head, Project Manager, Developer, Quality Assurance, dan Requestor.
dc.description.abstractThe problems that occur in the company's business processes are that project management is still carried out using spreadsheets, resulting in difficulties in monitoring project progress as a whole, recording activities that have not been systematically documented, and difficulties in evaluating team performance systematically. Therefore, this study aims to design and build a team project management information system to support the project management process at PT. XYZ. The system development method used is agile with development stages including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment carried out in several iterations. The results of this study produce a team project management information system with main features in the form of the availability of dashboards for each role, downloadable report features, as well as assignment and task update features tailored to user roles such as Admin, Dept Head, Project Manager, Developer, Quality Assurance, and Requestor.
