      Analisis Kestabilan Model Mangsa Pemangsa dengan Penyakit dan Efek Allee serta Bifurkasi

      Abstract
      Pengaruh tingkat penularan penyakit terhadap dinamika model mangsa-pemangsa dengan adanya efek Allee lemah pada mangsa dikaji menggunakan model eko-epidemiologi. Penyakit hanya menyerang populasi mangsa dan pemangsa hanya memangsa mangsa terinfeksi. Model dianalisis untuk menentukan stabilitas lokal pada titik kesetimbangan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan keberadaan bifurkasi transkritikal, Hopf, dan saddle-node pada model. Didapat enam titik tetap dengan satu titik tetap yang selalu bernilai negatif dan dua titik koeksistensi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pada tingkat penularan penyakit yang relatif kecil mangsa rentan dapat bertahan. Saat tingkat penularan penyakit sedikit lebih tinggi, mangsa sakit mulai meningkat dan terjadi bifurkasi transkritikal. Tetapi pada tingkat infeksi yang tinggi dengan efek Allee lemah yang disesuaikan muncul titik koeksistensi ketika semua populasi hidup. Terdapat pertemuan antara dua titik koeksistensi sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya bifurkasi saddle-node-Hopf yaitu limit cycle dan kepunahan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penyakit dan efek Allee lemah berpengaruh terhadap stabilitas ekosistem dan mekanisme wabah pada sistem mangsa-pemangsa.
       
      The influence of disease transmission levels on the dynamics of a predator-prey model with weak Allee effects on prey was studied using an eco-epidemiological model. The disease only affects the prey population, and predators only prey on infected prey. The model was analyzed to determine local stability at the equilibrium point. This study demonstrated the presence of transcritical, Hopf, and saddle-node bifurcations in the model. Six fixed points were obtained, with one fixed point always having a negative value, and two coexistence points. The analysis results showed that at relatively low levels of disease transmission, susceptible prey can survive. When the disease transmission rate is slightly higher, diseased prey begins to increase, and a transcritical bifurcation occurs. However, at high infection levels with adjusted weak Allee effects, a coexistence point appears when all populations survive. There is a meeting between the two coexistence points, causing a saddle-node-Hopf bifurcation, namely a limit cycle and extinction. These findings confirm that disease and weak Allee effects influence ecosystem stability and the outbreak mechanism in the predator-prey system.
