Dampak Perhutanan Sosial Skema Kemitraan Kehutanan di LMDH Puncak Lestari Desa Tugu Utara Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak program Perhutanan Sosial terhadap masyarakat yang terdaftar dalam Surat Keputusan Pengakuan dan Perlindungan Kemitraan Kehutanan (Kulin KK) di LMDH Puncak Lestari. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap 38 responden dengan metode random sampling, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Nomor 9 Tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan dampak positif pada tiga aspek utama: ekonomi (peningkatan rata-rata pendapatan petani serta pengembangan usaha kopi dan ekowisata), sosial (penguatan kelembagaan kelompok, peningkatan partisipasi, dan kolaborasi dengan berbagai stakeholder), serta ekologi (perbaikan tutupan lahan, pelestarian keanekaragaman hayati, dan penguatan perlindungan hutan melalui rehabilitasi hutan). Program Perhutanan Sosial dengan skema kemitraan kehutanan secara keseluruhan mampu menyeimbangkan kepentingan sosial, ekonomi, dan ekologi.

This study analyzes the impact of the social forestry program on communities registered in the decree of Recognition and Protection of Forestry Partnerships (Kulin KK) at LMDH Puncak Lestari. Research data through interviews and observations of 38 respondents using random sampling methods, then analyzed using descriptive based on the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation Number 9 of 2021. The results indicate that this program has a positive impact on three main aspects: economic (an increase in the average income of farmers, as well as the development of coffee and ecotourism enterprises), social (strengthening of group institutions, increased participation, and collaboration with various stakeholders), and ecological (improvement of land cover, preservation of biodiversity, and strengthened forest protection through forest rehabilitation). The social forestry program with a forestry partnership scheme as a whole is able to balance social, economic, and ecological interests.
