      Abstract
      Malaria masih menjadi tantangan kesehatan di dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Kondisi ini diperparah oleh meningkatnya resistensi obat, sehingga diperlukan inovasi untuk mempercepat proses penapisan senyawa obat baru. Pendekatan computer-aided drug discovery menawarkan efisiensi yang lebih tinggi, namun banyak alat yang tersedia memiliki alur analisis yang kompleks dan visualisasi data yang terbatas. Penelitian ini mengembangkan antarmuka aplikasi web prediksi potensi senyawa antimalaria bernama DrugXplore, dengan fokus pada penyederhanaan alur analisis dan penyajian visualisasi data interaktif untuk mendukung pengguna non-teknis. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan black-box testing, usability testing, dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan tugas sebesar 100% dan nilai SUS sebesar 73,75, yang mengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi berkategori baik, layak digunakan, dan dapat mendukung proses penapisan senyawa secara efisien.
       
      Malaria remains a global health challenge, including in Indonesia. This condition is exacerbated by increasing drug resistance, highlighting the need for innovation to accelerate the screening of new drug compounds. Computer-aided drug discovery offers greater efficiency; however, many existing tools involve complex analytical workflows and limited data visualization. This study develops a web-based interface for predicting the potential of antimalarial compounds, named DrugXplore, focusing on simplifying analytical workflows and providing interactive data visualization to support non-technical users. The system was evaluated using black-box testing, usability testing, and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results show a 100% task success rate and a SUS score of 73.75, indicating that the application has good usability, is suitable for use, and effectively supports efficient compound screening.
