dc.description.abstractPengembangan agroforestri di Desa Simpang, Kecamatan Cikajang, Kabupaten Garut memiliki potensi yang cukup besar. Penerapan sistem agroforestri kopi dan alpukat dengan memperhatikan produksi, pemasaran, dan kelayakan usaha menjadi strategi untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan dan nilai ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis produksi dan pemasaran komoditas kopi dan alpukat, serta menilai kelayakan usaha agroforestri dari perspektif finansial di KTH Giri Wanalestari I, LMDH Riyadul Jannah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, focus group discussions, observasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi kopi rata-rata 1.959 kg/ha/tahun dan alpukat mulai berproduksi pada tahun keenam dengan potensi 2.200 kg/ha/tahun. Pemasaran kopi melalui koperasi dan mitra pengolahan, sedangkan alpukat masih dijual ke pengepul. Analisis finansial menunjukkan kelayakan usaha dengan NPV sebesar Rp619.996.080,18; BCR 2,59; dan IRR 38,50%, sehingga sistem agroforestri ini layak untuk dikembangkan.
dc.description.abstractThe development of agroforestry in Desa Simpang, Cikajang District, Garut Regency has significant potential. Implementing a coffee and avocado agroforestry system by considering production, marketing, and business feasibility is a strategic approach to enhance success and economic value. This study aims to analyze the production and marketing of coffee and avocado commodities, as well as assess the financial feasibility of agroforestry at KTH Giri Wanalestari I, LMDH Riyadul Jannah. Data were collected through interviews, focus group discussions, observation, and literature review. The results show that average coffee production reached 1,959 kg/ha/year, while avocado started producing in the sixth year with a potential yield of 2,200 kg/ha/year. Coffee is marketed through cooperatives and processing partners, whereas avocado is sold directly to collectors. Financial analysis indicates the business is feasible, with an NPV of IDR 619.996.080,18; BCR 2,59; and IRR 38,50%, demonstrating that this agroforestry system is viable for development.
