      Pengembangan Sistem Monitoring Kelembapan dan Kualitas Udara Berbasis IoT di PT Waindo Specterra

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem monitoring berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk memantau suhu, kelembapan, serta kualitas udara berupa kadar CO dan CO2 menggunakan sensor DHT22, MQ-135, dan MQ-7 sebagai parameter keselamatan dan kelayakan ventilasi ruangan. Sistem dirancang agar mampu memberikan peringatan dini apabila nilai parameter melampaui ambang batas yang direferensikan pada Kepmenkes RI No. 1077/MENKES/PER/V/2011 dan SNI. Metode penelitian mencakup perancangan perangkat keras, pembuatan perangkat lunak untuk akuisisi dan pengiriman data ke Google Spreadsheet dan Blynk secara real-time, serta pengujian performa sensor melalui perbandingan dengan alat ukur konvensional. Analisis akurasi dilakukan menggunakan perhitungan error. Hasil menunjukkan sistem bekerja dengan baik dan dapat mendukung pemantauan kualitas lingkungan kerja di PT Waindo Specterra.
       
      This research aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring system to measure temperature, humidity, and air quality levels of CO and CO2 using DHT22, MQ-135, and MQ-7 sensors as safety and ventilation indicators. The system is designed to provide early warnings when the measured parameters exceed threshold limits based on Indonesian Health Ministry Regulation No. 1077/MENKES/PER/V/2011 and SNI standards. The methodology includes hardware development, software implementation for real-time data acquisition and transmission to Google Spreadsheet and Blynk, and performance testing by comparing sensor readings with conventional measuring instruments. Accuracy analysis was conducted using error calculation. The results indicate that the system performs well and effectively supports workplace environmental monitoring at PT Waindo Specterra.
