dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini membahas pengembangan fitur notifikasi promosi pada website PT Ratu Bio Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode waterfall versi Pressman yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Fitur notifikasi ini dirancang untuk menyampaikan informasi produk baru atau penawaran khusus secara cepat dan efisien kepada pelanggan melalui website perusahaan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi sebelumnya adalah penyampaian informasi promosi yang masih terbatas melalui media sosial dan komunikasi manual. Teknologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan meliputi Tailwind CSS untuk antarmuka, serta Laravel dan MySQL untuk logika sistem dan pengelolaan data. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode blackbox testing, mencakup skenario pembuatan, pengiriman, penerimaan, penghapusan tampilan, serta interaksi pengguna terhadap notifikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi fitur berjalan valid, meskipun notifikasi yang telah dikirim tidak dapat dihapus secara permanen, hanya dari sisi tampilan admin. Fitur ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas strategi digital marketing perusahaan serta memperkuat keterlibatan pelanggan dalam lingkungan digital yang lebih responsif dan terintegrasi.
dc.description.abstractThis research discusses the development of a promotional notification feature on the PT Ratu Bio Indonesia website using the Waterfall method by Pressman, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The notification feature is designed to deliver information about new products or special offers quickly and efficiently to customers through the company's website. Previously, promotional messages were delivered through limited channels such as social media and manual communication, which often failed to reach all customers effectively. The development process utilized Tailwind CSS for the interface, and Laravel and MySQL for system logic and data management. Testing was conducted using the black-box testing method, covering scenarios such as creating, sending, receiving, deleting, displaying, and interacting with notifications. The test results show that all feature functions worked validly, although notifications that had been sent could only be deleted from the admin's view, not permanently. This feature is expected to enhance the effectiveness of the company’s digital marketing strategy and strengthen customer engagement within a more responsive and integrated digital environment.
