      Abstract
      Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pendapatan Daerah (SIMPAD) BAPPENDA Kabupaten Bogor memiliki keterbatasan dalam menyajikan data pendapatan secara ringkas untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul executive summary untuk menyajikan data realisasi dan target pajak secara interaktif. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode prototyping melalui dua siklus iterasi. Iterasi pertama menghasilkan prototipe dasar yang dievaluasi pengguna, sedangkan iterasi kedua menyempurnakannya dengan menambahkan fitur filter data berdasarkan Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT), interaktivitas grafik, dan ekspor laporan PDF. Hasil pengujian black-box dan evaluasi kualitatif menunjukkan modul yang dikembangkan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi proses analisis dan pelaporan. Modul ini secara signifikan mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data yang lebih cepat dan akurat serta meningkatkan transparansi bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan.
       
      The Regional Revenue Management Information System (SIMPAD) of BAPPENDA Bogor Regency has limitations in presenting concise revenue data to support decision-making. This study aims to develop an executive summary module to present tax realization and target data interactively. The development was conducted using the prototyping method through two iteration cycles. The first iteration produced a basic user-evaluated prototype, while the second iteration enhanced it by adding features such as data filtering by Technical Implementation Unit (UPT), graph interactivity, and PDF report exporting. Black-box testing and qualitative evaluation results show the developed module successfully improved the efficiency of analysis and reporting processes. The module significantly supports faster, more accurate data-driven decision-making and increases transparency for all stakeholders.
