      Abstract
Indikator pada RGEC meliputi Non performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Return on Assets (ROA), dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Kinerja saham diukur dengan Price to Book Value Ratio (PBV).

This study examines the effect of Bank Health Level through the RGEC model (Risk, Governance, Earnings, Capital) on stock performance in KBMI III banks during the 2020-2024 period. The RGEC indicators include Non-performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Return on Assets (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Stock performance is measured using the Price to Book Value Ratio (PBV). This quantitative study uses secondary data from 10 KBMI III banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using panel data regression. The results show that RGEC indicators simultaneously affect stock performance. Partially, GCG and ROA have a positive effect, LDR has a negative effect, while NPL and CAR do not have a significant effect on stock performance.
